Not a book but Get Rich Education podcast helped me out a ton when I was first starting out in RE. Bigger Pockets podcast is ok but the hosts are super annoying so its hard to listen to a lot of it.

Lot of good books out there. But few books explain what to do and none of them can address our current situation. So I think right now books are mostly a waste unless you know nothing.
