But that's the thing with how Kleros is supposed to work, right. A subjective pool of "jurors" "voting" on a project. So say some project comes into biz and people begin "voting" on it based on their experience.

Right, there's nothing you can do per se but it could be a sort of "/biz/ certified" coin project wherein biz voted on a project they thought was good.

This already exists on Kleros Curate though.

The real redpill is people will always buy rugpulls. Don’t believe these are innocent victims who were misled and thought it was a legit project. They buy rugoulls because they think they can ride the wave up and make some other anon into a bag holder. You shouldn’t feel bad when they lose.

hello i am still holding and hopeful. the decline doesnt seem as severe as it was yesterday plus every other coin seems to be down a bit more than kleros is. lets hold things are 'fine' these defi sushi faggots or w/e will be gone soon and then we get many gains and moon etc

You could of course do this if you could define some objective criteria to determine that a project is a "scam." I'm not sure it would really be a useful service though. No one who buys a fork of Link or whatever thinks it's actually going to revolutionize finance, they just think they can keep the Ponzi going long enough to scam the greater fool.
I do think some rich oldfag could probably think of something fun to do with kleros though if they could find some retard to bet against them. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be happy to help set it up.
