You can look at it like this: In the short term, everybody has those premiums on teh coins, so if you decide to sell it (ad in peer-to-peer, not rip-you-off middlemen) you sell it with the premium too. In the long term, as in decades or even generations, it makes little to no difference.
OFC as a principle is always best to minimize premiums, but when a coin carries a certain premium no matter the seller, then that's its actual price, not whatever the spot price bullshit claims it is.

The secondary market here is more active at these higher prices than at lower prices. When prices are low no one wants to sell. Cheap scrap silver is becoming a bit of a myth.
