the thing with PMs is it may take some time for the miners to catch up. as of now, miners are at the same prices they were when silver/gold were $18/$1600. still very much undervalued if you're willing to hold they are certainly a medium to long term play and in previous PM bull markets the miners lag the spot metal prices. but when they peak they are like a leveraged PM position. if you can hold out a few more months you should be good imo. but if you need the cash to buy something else you can trim some of your positions but i wont personally be doing that, if anything i wish i had sidelined cash to buy on down days like today. the fundamentals for PMs are even better than they were for the 2010 bull market and we saw record silver and gold prices then.

10% Gain. Had call spreads on APPL/TQQQ, it tanked super hard so I waited until it went green again to sell. Still made like $40 but I feel kind of bad for not just holding since everything went back up. Lost out at $60 but it's not a huge deal since it's still a profit. Most likely would have held if these weren't weeklies.

I've been doing a lot of reading, to me there is one thing you can bet on that will net you substantial money, and that's market downside. It's virtually inevitable and it happens with rapidity that growth simply cannot parallel.

Having said that I'm not sure what kind of instruments you'd want to use to net substantial gains. I'm thinking LEAP calls on instruments like VIX when the market is calm. Conversely, OTM ETF puts that come cheap. You can hedge by holding cash and paying mind to market temperament. Granted you'd be pissing away small sums of money constantly, but when the inevitable strikes you yield the guaranteed money of the natural chaos that the market necessarily faces.

Guys I haven't been on /biz/in like 1-2 months. When I was last around TSLA was above 1000$, but now the graphs say it never went above 600$ which I know to be untrue. Am I having some kind of schizophrenic breakdown. Someone please help me I'm not feeling so good.
