as people buy RSV it fluctuates in price (like all stablecoins) and RSR gives you the rights to purchase 1 RSV at $1 no matter if the price of RSV on the market is at $1.05 per RSV, sometimes the price can be much higher and if you own RSR you can take advantage of this fluctuation to make a profit by trading your RSR (which gets burned out of circulation by the smart contract) and getting 1 RSV at $1 and selling it on the market for $1.05 or $1.10 or whatever until it goes back to $1 and there’s no more arbitrage until the price fluctuates again. The other day I saw 1 RSV going for $1.45 per, that would’ve been a 45 cent arbitrage profit opportunity.
