A potential good buy right now would be PERL. Also, this are for swinging not investing. Buy at cheap, sell at expensive, then move to another cheap coin. Good thing is, you are putting yourself right on the accumulation phase instead of waiting months to time the bottom. Your stops are highly unlikely to get hunted because the strongest dump will shake all the weak hands before you buy, at least that is the theory.

If you are on the buy side like me, I usually go to Benchmark > Top Cheaps, to find which project is on sale.

Then I will click the most left project, to see the liquidity over time. If the "Demand" grow faster than the "Supply", then it is a good time to accumulate because some whales has entered. Else, the price might go lower.
