I was a no-coiner until about 3 weeks ago. What is happening now has made me realize how optimistic and inexperienced I have been. I am directing two questions to people that have been in this game for a while:

I've got mainly ETH and BTC with a smattering of high-volume shitcoins on polo, my instinct is to hold no matter what happens, am I right?

Will things ever get back to normal? If so, when?

Your ETH and btc are safe. Altcoins are literally never ever safe though. The crypto market goes through expansion and contractions ridiculously faster than the stock market
