>Why is TSLA so high?
Real money is in autonomous trucking. Reducing the cost to deliver goods across the world by 50% and increasing the speed and frequency of delivery around the clock would be an unbelievable revolution in transport. Our lives will literally be changed over night. Many goods only cost so much because thats how much it cost to transport them. Many household items could see 50% drops in prices from it. If TSLA is the first to market with this technology, they might become the most valuable company in the world.

They don't even run trains autonomously, and they actually have all the systems to do it in place. Engineers literally watch the autopilot, and conductors just mark signals down. There's a lot of caveats to deal with insofar as public interfacing safety is concerned that will warrant extensive testing in the realm of trucking. Moreover, inclement conditions will be inordinately difficult to teach to a machine, no matter how fast it can adapt to the conditions, people have precognition when it comes to hazards to some extent.

The other companies have the ability to switch as well but they are willing to pay for someone to look after the train for liability reasons and the cost isn't all that great. Their labor cost is nothing compared to trucking where it can be as high as 50% of the operational costs, which is why there will be much more pressure to automate trucking.

You're bad at critical thinking.

I'll give you the gin, I suppose. Automobiles were a desirable improvement, and actually produced jobs while eliminating the huge public burden of shit strewn in every avenue. Ice blocks were inefficient, and I'd estimate there was a gross increase in jobs due to the numerous components and engineering required by refrigeration while jointly decreasing spoilage, especially once refrigerated transport became viable which ostensibly reduces demand and thus acts in a beneficial deflationary manner insofar as food commodities are concerned. Tractors follow both the refrigeration and automobile model, which has also produced jobs internationally, directly and in support industries like mechanics and custom installations. Telephones produced jobs, they had people manually switching lines, installing poles and line, maintaining all of it, and building phones while jointly implementing a highly desirable means of communication. Printers increased the volume, and anybody in the publishing industry could readily adopt them, having said that, woodcuts are still employed in an artisanal fashion. Computers aren't comparable to typewriters. The closest comparison would be word processors, which drastically improved upon the typewriter by allowing virtual drafting in lieu of hardcopy drafts.

You are literal fucking scum. You are the worst kind of person. You are literal trash. You are the cause of evil in this world. You are the source of societies degeneration. You are at the heart of malice that destroys creation. You sacrifice our future for regression and chaos. You want to doom us to annihilation over scraps of meat. You usher oblivion on our heads for a piece of silver. You betray the light of innovation. I do not have the words to truly describe what an intolerable, ignorant, pathetic, vile subhuman fucking piece of shit you are.

Why does it bother you so much? You can't stop technological progress and delaying it just extends a state where most people are unhappy and their lives are already very artificial. Even if you nuke most of the planet, civilization would reform and get back to a similar state within a few thousand years.

The end goal of all this is to either be able to alter your brain chemistry so that you're fulfilled and happy or you can get sent into a simulation of your choice. Both states are better than living as a caveman and dying young from an infection after some nigger threw a stick at you. The idea that rich people are going to wipe out most of the population is a meme, they already know how to get birth rates down to below replacement and we are quickly reaching the point of resource abundance.

I started trading options Friday on Robin Hood
Posted my OSTK 93 Put with 22,000% return the other day.
Today I sold my UVXY 21 and 22 calls for almost an 8,000% return that I bought yesterday.
Opened a NIO 15 put right before close today. NIO dropped about 10% after hours, but it doesn't show any increase in my put price yet. Is there any way to check my after hours options prices?
Started with 100 and already way above 10k form first 2 trades. No idea what I am doing but I am batting 3 for 3 and am curious if my nio puts will put me at 100k and I think that will be enough for me.

Aw poor baby. I don't give a shit one way or the other. I outlined the fact that it'll destroy jobs and it most probably won't benefit anybody by the highest echelon of society, which neither of us are a part of. The latter part can be evidenced by the comparison of income of workers against the income of C-suite execs and prices of practically all goods escalating beyond inflation since '71.

Take your shitty TSLA gains and your rationalizations to the shitty hell you're constructing as the common man is denigrated back to the position of lowly serf.

that's why I am out after this NIO drop. I have never had this luck.
My normie friend was bragging to me about how much money he made on overstocks pump so the put buy was obvious bought 93 because at the time the stock was 120 at it was the first put option that was 0.01 cent though I ended up having to pay 0.05 cents for them. Sold them at 4 per put because they're going to probably expire worthless tomorrow. Yesterday, was too good of a day to be true so I rotated into a UVXY calls. On days like yesterday that are too good to be true or after a huge run like 8 green days in a row I normally buy UVXY shares and hold them for at most 2 more days. Did calls instead and fuck is it way better. Then I bought 15 NIO puts for 9-11 at close cause it was pumped today and trending on stocktwits. If it's up 1,000% I'll have made it.

In this way you might ask. What if everything almost was this same way? What if you just found a different way, slightly different way after self-reflection to do something else a bit different? What if it was your thought patterns?

God Damnit OP, got fooled by that pic, couldn’t find /smg/ and was wondering since when there are two /pmg/s

Anyway, if everything is red today, and I mean everything. Gold, stocks, so where the fuck does the cash flow? They can’t withdraw money from investments if the inflation will be increased, you NEED TO invest. But it doesnt seem like there is an asset that gets pumped with money now. Will Real Estate skyrocket for the next 5 years? Is gold manipulated that heavily that the spot price means nothing? I don’t even fucking know anymore what are the big players doing with their Fiat. It has to go somewhere, why not Tech Stocks as usual? At least it’s pandemic-resistant and future-proof.

Shareholders typically have the right to vote in elections for the board of directors and on proposed operational alterations such as shifts of corporate aims and goals or fundamental structural changes.

Shareholders also have the right to vote on matters that directly affect their stock ownership, such as the company doing a stock split or a proposed merger or acquisition. A janitor amassed an 8 million dollar fortune just buying and holding stocks he knew.

Heck even just putting 15% of each paycheque in a total stock market index basically guarantees you will become rich eventually.

There are also ways to really make money just picking stocks. Some stocks in their heyday (Phillip Morris, Disney) achieved extended periods of 30% growth. Even a few years of that compounding builds real wealth. 10 years turns $5k into $60.

Leverage, Options, margin etc... just allow you to make money on assets you don't own using money you don't have. Powerful tools, but a lot of people just want a risk free and easy way to secure their future.
