i guess the purpose of kleros is to make it for everybody possible to file a dispute if they are not happy with the service they bought. cool but that means also that everybody is heading to file a dispute as the worst thing that could happen to them is to pay the actual service or product. just this fact makes it an absolute shitcoin.
and who are the judges that you trust your money? sure a community but who are they? faggot ass trannies decide if you deserve to get your money or not? or are they going to hire lawyers to decide? if so will lawyers actually be happy with it to do it for a cut of the worthless shitcoin? and thats literally the only aspect pnk is flexing with. yuh cool. open dispute on paypal it is the same thing, but the difference is they don't have to create a extra coin to do their job.
secondly there is no reason for this trannycoin to gain value in the future. everybody who invested into the shit is delusional as fuck. surely you will gain a lil profit soon as the trannie gay sjw community hears about this. and at this point the dump is unavoidable.

Same. I'm an estates lawyer myself and I think that's a really interesting idea for estate planning. The only thing I'm concerned about is how universal it could be given the variance of local laws regarding estates. I assume tax authorities would be kind of leery about it too given you could dump all your assets into crypto at 90 and have them transfer directly to a beneficiary without going through the estate process (though you can already do that by, you know, gifting outright).

I also haven't given it a lot of thought and am just enamored of the general idea for the time being. It seems like a valuable estate planning mechanism.

Definitely one for the lawyers to figure out but the general idea is good I think. Plenty time to get it all worked out, with a predominately young user base of crypto it will be a while before it is needed but given the mass adoption of crypto that is to come it would make sense that they get it in place over the coming years. none of us are getting any younger.

I wouldn't make it depend on the will, I would optimally say it should be set up to function independently of a will, like a life insurance payment or a beneficiary designation. But I'm just spitballing. There are lawyers on the Kleros team who would have a better idea how it applies in this context.
