All of these fuckers are getting refunded the other funds within the STA balancer pool. (LINK/ETH/SNX/wBTC)

If these fuckers add any of their coins back into the pool, STA goes up.

If they sell it outside of the pool, STA probably won't notice due to the small amounts overall.

If they buy STA, STA goes up.

What are ways this can go wrong at all?

Financial brainlet here, but I have just finished the Statera white paper and have a 10k stack. What is there to prevent some other cunts from creating a deflationary token, and funds, which have say a 2% burn rate? Would this not apply greater price pressure and thus be preferred for adoption? I'm pretty sure I'm oversimplifying the whole concept, but it just seems like this token was very straightforward for the developers to make and then release to the wild - could someone else just do it better?

The thing is that statera also innovated by making their own balancer pool (Phoenix fund) that works with deflationary currencies. Any competitor deflationary token has the choice of A: recreating the wheel, or B just join statera's fund with zero cost.

Statera's goal is to balance volatility. They're doing their job perfectly. A competitor needs to come in and improve on everything they've already done within the short time they've been active.

As it stands statera is a money printer if you know how it works apparently. My best guess about the current scenario is deliberate price suppression. Whales will probably use the refund to pump the price to insane levels

My personal opinion is that between 10-15 cent is probably the bottom. Especially since the refund can be any moment today or tomorrow.
If it dips to 10c, buy as much as possible since it would rebound quickly to 15c. That's an easy 50% profit right there. But yeah, this seems to be like the bottom if you know a bit of TA.
