what if i am autistic. and have all the childhood paperwork of school admins/etc talking about my special needs from when i was pre and teen.

and the hospitals that are supposed to have those records, childrens hospital, brigham womens, and the doctors that diagnose me on tism spectrum, all do not have my medical files/archives..

so if i try to get tism bucks. i can't.
but i grew up with tism/schooling. etc.
and went to alot of doctors/sped/special schools etc. before 9/11.
