What he fails to realize is that these are person-to-person disputes, not business-to-business. Kleros is built for the big economy and independent workers. People that won’t be writing contracts for every interaction; people who’d prefer plain english deals. A smart contract has its limitations here. There is no subjectivity if I complete a shit project and get paid for what was intended to be a good project. Where is the recourse? There is none. Kleros solves that.
