Staking allows POWM users to receive dividends from transactions (unstaking) of other users. POWM unstaking fee is set at 10%. POWM is deflationary (via tx burn mechanism - coins are burned with each transaction, except staking and dividend withdrawal) and no amount of POWM can be minted.
