Boomer FUD. This article references a flaw fixed in 2017 that could effectively guess the real tx out of decoy txs 90% of the time, but without any proof. This also couldn't reveal the recipient, just the spender. In fact Monero didn't even require decoy tx at this time, now they require at least 4 per tx. Also this no longer applies to RingCT mined coins, which now account for 99% of transactions on the network.
