If you were a true oldfag who wasn't a BTC or gfto person, you'd have gone read through countless threads discussing LINK, how it would be implemented, and the names associated with the project, etc.. If that wasn't enough for you to at least buy a suicide stack, I don't know what to tell you. There was enough spoonfeeding of information that even tech and blockchain brainlets like myself were able to understand how big of a disruptor Chainlink would have on the world's economy.

For future reference, DYOR and be willing to take the risk with whatever future projects come up. Everyone who's truly made it, in all walks of life, not just off crypto, have leveraged themselves knowing they'd be out tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars if it all went south. Odds are, no project is going to come close to what LINK plans on pulling off, but you could make some comfy gains.
