Not sure is serious but you're supposed to buy and forget. Its not gambling its investing. The future is crypto, your 10% loss today will pale in comparison to your 100,000% gains in 10 years. Just hold and forget.

Lol 2017 will have nothing on 2025-2030. BTC will rise to $100,000 per minimum. With only 18 million in circulation, and the USD failing, 100k BTC will get there no problem.

But I guess go ahead and sell your coins at a loss? not sure what you want to hear

i started with 8 btc in 2017 and now i have 45 btc and cashed out almost $100k, all from buying and selling shitcoins. it's not really luck, every shitcoin pumps now and then, what makes the difference is being able to buy when there's blood in the streets and sell when everyone is euphoric, i feel like most people are doing it the opposite way

Everything is a gamble.
Everywhere you go to make money you have a risk of loosing everything. With trading and investing you need an excelent state of mind. Controlling your psyche is the key to success in this game.

i was kind of late 3 years ago, bought in few months before the bear market started. if this really is the golden bullrun, you're early. just don't be in shitcoins when btc starts going up
>>21787046
yeah that must be it but for me it's the opposite, i hate buying something that already went up, even though it would probably keep pumping

BTC is a scam because most of the supply is owned by Wall Street and exchanges, so it is exactly like the FED, if they want to devalue your bag, they sell. Remember BTC is bought with USD

if you can't figure it out yourself there isn't any hope for you. You think you're going to have the strength to hold through losing even 5% of your portfolio value if you don't even know yourself why you're holding or the reason why is as flimsy as "the number goes up!"? No fuck that, and fuck you. You said yourself you got rekt in 2018, the only way for you to have gotten rekt back then was to FOMO in at the literal last week of the pump. Moreover you're dumb enough to unironically ask if all of crypto is gambling. I've shared a lot of information with a lot of people here on this shithole for the last 2 years but you're the the first I think any helpful information would be wasted on.

Even if someone sat here and hand held you I guarantee you wouldn't take their advice and sit on the sidelines "waiting for it to be a proven safe investment" like a fucking cuck after which you'll finally FOMO into BTC at $80,000. Hold for a year, get rekt, and repeat the cycle in 4 more years.

You want some advice? Buy some fucking coins and stop being a retard, maybe read for once and try to figure out what crypto actually is or does

Started out with 0.4 btc in 2017 and have 16 btc atm. Like some other anon is saying a lot of you guys probably buy high and sell low.

Noone is perfect, I held LINK since presale and sold just before it mooned from $7 to $20, so yeah, should have 30+ btc If I didnt fuck that up, but gains are gains, slow race until I hit $1M.

I am accumulating right now and will soon hit top 100 wallet in other coin that hasnt mooned yet, who knows, you gotta gamble a bit.

Absolutely, even the most legit and useful projects are valued by their comparative speculative worth. Meaning that the next Internet may lose value since people are investing in memes. So it is without a doubt gambling

Yes and no. It's obviously manipulated and unpredictable, but at least it moves in more or less recognizable patterns in the long term corresponding the BTC halvenings. This will obviously change somewhat as new cryptos erode BTC's dominance or when the market develops enough volume and mature distribution of assets that no one person can have too much influence. At least in crypto you can rightly expect a correction following extreme rallies (or any rallies or dumps).

On the other hand you have the stock market, which is so centrally manipulated and propped up a la "weekend at bernie's" that boomers only think it goes up forever, and by now it's completely detached from reality. Wish the Fed would've just let it implode in 2008 and wash out all the toxic behavior. By bailing out the markets pretty much consistently since 08 they have just taught unscrupulous actors that destructive short-sighted behavior will never be punished and never has to stop because the stock market can never be allowed to fail.
