Its ok... I don't really like it though. Not a big fan of lots of windows.

I once helped a friend who managed an estate. After doing so, I have to say, I don't really want a big house. The house required large staff of cleaners, gardeners, landscapers, maintenance people, etc. For one day a week the house basically had 15 people over doing things around it. As a NEET, I really couldn't be bothered with that more than once every few months. I really want something that is somewhat large, but doesn't require much maintenance like that house did. I want it to be largely self maintainable.

it being a tower is really important to me. I've been blessed by this world with PTSD and since heavy soundproofing is quite impractical in most places it's just best if I can live above my housemates so I don't hear anyone while trying to sleep. I'm sure my family wouldn't complain, I'd have the smallest room after all.

If you took a moment to read friend you'll notice I said "family" above. Not all couples share beds no. Some nights of course, but not all in my case. Having space is just important as having intimacy for some relationships. In any case, there is no need to be mad. You're going to make it too. Buy ETH, BTC and LINK for a balanced portfolio. When BTC falls LINK goes up/sideways. When BTC goes up LINK goes parabolic. ETH is your money maker, BTC and LINK are there to play off one another and follow the general market.

Seeing how the US is on the expressway to becoming Brazil 2.0, I'm moving to South America (most likely Uruguay) and building a walled compound when I cash out on my 30k LINK stack. The house itself will be a MCM style home with 5 beds, 4.5 baths, a pool, state of the art home gym, sauna, plenty of space for my dogs to run around, a garage for my motorcycles and trucks, and a full, authentic English style pub so I can watch footie matches the way they were intended to be watched.

Dumb af take since you dirty the same spot 10x as fast. More use = more dirt.

Good call. Rotate the bed and put the door across from the window.

The living space is a mess though and needs to be completely redone.

Put the entertainment stuff against the bedroom sharing wall and face the seating towards that as a start. That way you can also look out the large window easily from your chill spot.
Rotate the entrance cuby to face the kitchen and make the top of it a counter. This way you have a straight shot from the door to the bathroom, or to the living room, and now you have more working space in the kitchen. As a bonus you can prepare drinks or snacks and leave them on the counter for when guests arrive. I'd completely reorganize the bathroom to be more compact, and use the extra space to make a closet or storage area. I think you could safely move the shower toward the toilet without crowding it and make the space occupying it a closet - though I'm not wild about two doors being next to one another, so perhaps a doorless recess with shelf space will do. You could also have this shelf space inside the bathroom and it could be a place for all your towels, toiletry goods and cleaning supplies. And if we're going crazy with the renovation, I'd move the window in the bedroom to somewhere not fucking retarded.

I could probably do more with it, but this is a good start.

I agree with this take, only insofar as it really depends on the person.

When I cook, I clean while I'm cooking because cooking involves a lot of down time in the kitchen where you can't leave the area for extended periods, but you have nothing else to do. So to ME a space like that would give me the opportunity to fine tune clean the bathroom AND the kitchen at the same time while I'm cooking. Presumably, there's a bedroom really close by and it's also quite small - so the efficiency of cleaning your room while cooking can also increase.

But you're right, people who typically live in those kinds of places probably don't think like me.

Hyperinflation is one thing, but it ultimately comes down to demographics. Demographics = Destiny. Since the 1965 Immigration Act and chain-migration, the US has opened its doors to low IQ Latinos, Asians, Arabs, street shitters, and Africans at the expense of Europeans. They are an overall net drain on society, taking more out than they contribute in taxes, have higher crime rates, and vote overwhelmingly for Democrats.

California used to be a lock for Republicans in the presidential election prior to Reagan signing the amnesty act. Since then, it's flipped to arguably the bluest state in the US with some of the highest taxes and most burdensome regulations. The same shit is occurring in states like Texas, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Virginia, North Carolina, etc. If those states flip to reliable blue states, there's no hope of a Republican ever getting elected president again. Democrats are going to continue to import the same low IQ people to ensure they keep their base and raise taxes, strip away individual and state rights, and expand the government at the expense of middle-class individuals. All of this will eventually result in a brain drain and businesses relocating to another country. Why do business in the US when you can run your operations in another country with significantly less red tape and pay a fraction of the taxes?

To me, the writing is on the walls and it's not a matter of if, but when it will happen. I've got a certain number where I can cash out and have more than enough money to retire without ever having to worry about money ever again. I love the US, but I'm not going to sit by and have my rights stripped and my money taken from me so Pedro the fence jumper and Deshawnda and her 8 kids from 8 different men can sit on their ass and get a check.

This is so true. As long as the federal government exists we will keep becoming more and more of a slave after each term. The only hope for Americans is to have individual states secede and put a stop to all this insanity within their own borders. Sadly the average american is too much of a bootlicker to ever do this. Freedom is dead in America.

Agreed! Pat Buchannon was ringing the alarm bells and warning us of this in the 90s, but no one was listening. I hope that we do have states succeed in the future to curtail the reckless spending and legislation the federal government continues to push on us. That's far more of a realistic outcome than us ever building a wall on the southern border. How both democrats, republicans, and voters are all okay giving billions of dollars to Israel each year to build a wall and genocide Palestine but find it morally reprehensible to build a wall and stop illegal immigration is beyond me. Especially considering these "liberal utopias" in Europe and Canada all the shitlibs love to praise have significantly stricter immigration policies than the US.

That's why Uruguay is where I'll most likely relocate. It has a stable government, currency, and economy, over 90% of their population is of European descent, and it's politically irrelevant on the global scale so you don't have to worry about any third world invasion.
