There is no reason for the devs to do this unless another upcoming major exchange that was announced (top 5 possibly chinese) was not at minimum Kucoin in volume. After one CEX the others are easy with wrapped STA and with balancer as a candidate for coinbase thus means STA will become a top 25 coin by 12/2021 with tokens burned at over 45% per quarter (only 3x the current volume). So imagine that by 12/2021 if the integrative pools (think defi pools like yfi, ampl, etc) are active and the new exchanges are listed then the mcap is $750 mill similar to LEND or AAVE but the supply is now 43 mill, that makes the price a minimum of $17.44 by Christmas.
