The Talos Principle - the empirical claim that what it is to be human is reducible to mechanical explanations. Meaning, the aspect of what makes us human can be explained as the fact that our body/mind is composed of microscopic parts that come together to make a whole.

The Singularity - A theorized "event horizon" of when AI will reach a point of self-improvement making exponential progress at an increasingly faster pace, due to running a program that would priotitize continueous improvement as the prime goal. The result being continueous improvement that continuously improves, until it reaches practical omnipotence.

Chainlink - A smart contract platform that creates a "neural" network that uses in-world inputs that can send human-verified data to the blockchain.

Neuralink - Researching brain activity/brainwaves/brain electricity to determine if it's possible to measure and record these waves in some manner. - Verification of this would indicate an possibility to interact with real-world inputs via brainwave interaction (thinking something, resulting in a physical real-world phemonenon, e.g. thinking for your TV to turn on, and it turns on.) Neuralink would use brainwaves as inputs of control for certain things.

How does it all come together?
Neural network of inputs and outputs that are connected to human brainwaves, connecting humanity to a collective neural network. If Neuralink succeeds, they will eventually need chainlink.

I guess the point of this Schitzo thread is to basically suggest that Chainlink is essentially skynet. For which I agree, but I don’t think humans will allow the technology to overtake them demonically like in the movies, could be wrong tho once the robots start building robots
