chainlink doesn't have staking and you can't be a node operator without sergey onboarding you. That means as it currently stands its not a decentralized oracle network. Its literally just a JSON parser. There is no actual mechanism for decentralization. Go watch a video of sergey talking if you have time, he will never explain HOW decentralization works.
