21723113 No.21723113 [Reply] [Original]

Explain to me why crypto "needs to correct" 20%+ while stocks like TSLA, SHOP and AMZN essentially only go up? How can it be that BTC and ETH are still 50% and 70% down from their respective ATHs despite it being almost 3 years since said ATHs and the USD losing an enormous amount of its buying power over that timeframe due to ceaseless money printing (which is reflected in virtually every other asset price but crypto)?

Could it be that crypto is just a garbage investment? Face it, you bought fake money with real money. Oh and LINK specifically? It's going to single digits and isn't recovering; it's 2020's EOS.

probably because the fed coddles the stock market specifically, using all the market manipulation tactics in the book to ensure stocks never go down because too many boomers and elites rely on their 401ks not crashing to sustain themselves. meanwhile crypto has no such protections and in fact most crypto is owned by whales who are both well positioned to create volatility and to profit off that volatility.

Anyone that has actually earnt money trading crypto knows this. 995 of the projects offer no real value, no real solutions to problems. It's stupid ideas and retarded whitepapers that make it look as if they're about to solve a problem that doesn't exist. The only worthy coins in terms of economic growth (ie the only coins that do actually produce some value, some growth, instead of just distributing wealth between speculators but not generating value) are Bitcoin and Monero, because they are used to pay for drugs, guns and child porn on the deep web. Ethereum too, but BARELY anything. 99.99% of crypto cap is used for speculation, not for generating value
That doesn't mean you can't make money. I've made some thousands off Link, not enough to make it, but some people have in fact made it. Anyways, since cryptos are just speculative assets, they do not generate wealth, instead they redistribute the wealth and make some people richer and some people poorer (newfags). Its zero-sum game in most of the case

Crypto have very little liquidity compared to nasdac, so a relatively small buy it sell order can create big fluctuation.

That fact is bullish because that means crypto have room to go up, the day we don't see these kind of movement anymore that would mean that crypto is inflated
