Coinmetro has fuck all liquidity, some anon made bank on arbitrage during the intial uniswap listing, but I'm afraid that's done with. Think about it, if you could really still buy it more cheaply on coinmetro, what's stopping you from selling on uniswap? With enough volume the gas fees aren't a problem. The answer is, you can't do that.
