I think it's an overhyped business whose stock price went up almost entirely due to success of NKLA/WKHS/other EV.
A business of charger stations will be in competition will all other charging solutions put forward by EV OEMs and other charging startups, will generate little worthwhile IPR (as most OEMs can easily work on their own), and can realistically only win public contracts in the US, which somewhat limits their market.
I think best case is that they partner or are bought out by an EV manufacturer. Moat likely is that they just exist as a result of heavy reliance on government contracts and subsidies, which doesn't make for a particularly interesting growth business.
