Unless you plan to time some amazing trade at some special time, just forget about it.

If it starts to crash are you going to sell? If so, then set a stoploss on an exchange. If not, just ride it out you don't need to actually watch it do what it's going to do ... it'll happen whether you're checking your phone or not.
