Who else is stuck working under a retarded boomer?

Last Friday my boomer boss completely fucked up a presentation with a big client after I'd spent 5 FUCKING WEEKS preparing for it.

Boomers need to just retire and get the fuck out of my way.

He build the company long time ago and now just leeches of it doing pretty much nothing but putting his sign on contracts. he sould just retire
