It's not just art commissions. It's sort of looking towards an almost Gacha with Waifu images. Eachone will be custom commissioned (atleast at the highend) and then there'll be a low end market for AI geneated waifus where luck can net you cash. It's got a bunch of stuff going on but mainly community.

As for your second question, I can't say much. There's a ton of things coming down the pipe, this is probably the most legit of projects out there. Admins are genuine people, devs are fucking smart, total supply is relatively low.
