Dude, don't leave your long-term hold tokens on an exchange. Move them to a ledger.

Don't leave too much value in a hot wallet like metamask either. That's like walking around with the entire contents of your bank account in your wallet. Not smart.

What about leaving your tokens on MyEtherWallet? The new version doesn't even require you to save a private key, it's similar to a ledger in that sense where your private key is your 24 words that you store on paper. You just simply access the site by scanning the code off your app on their website.
