You have to pay for the report, but you can find out how much profit or loss you made per year for free. Using that info, you should be able to figure out your capital gains tax very easily. Just tell them and usually they will put you on a payment plan to help you back pay. They just want their money eventually. usually they are pretty helpful if you come forward.

Sort of, I'm Australian so our crypto laws are kinda different. But basically for you its a two step approach:
1) all your mined crypto will count as additional income (see image for more info). Find out how much you mined and at what price.
2) your trades will count as capital gains. Use the website to see you profits for each year and find out your Capital gains tax for each year.
