Hold for a year your gains are tax free.
Want to cash out without anybody knowing. No problem just go to one of the many bitcoin vending machines and caah out anonymously.

Can you really do it anonymously?

It was possible in Finland to cash out anonymously from bitcoin vending machines, but they added mandatory KYC ID-checks to the machines a year or two ago...

I live in Finland and I'm looking for options for cashing out. Tax is 30% here for crypto gains...

>> No.21439228

>>21438815
No you can't, the vending machines cooperations work with the government otherwise they wouldn't be allowed. That guy was probably cashing out like 90 Euro and now thinks he's a gangster because nobody knocked on his door that day. If you cash out large sums it's going to get noticed, if we are talking about make it money you would probably have to drive around the whole country and empty every vending machine to get it. Our police has its own department for crypto stuff. You are going to see turks and east europeans everywhere.

If not Switzerland I unironically recommend the Scandinavian countries. Aside from the high taxes (Norway has 22% capital gains though, so you can get away with lower tax rates) it is a supremely comfy living here and the mass immigration meme is limited to super, super tiny ghettos and it's really not as bad as people say it is.

Daily reminder that our culture is more libertarian and capitalist than the Americans.

>> No.21440798

>>21440648
No. Stop thinking about citizenship. Unless you are American where you get taxed in the US as well as wherever else you live, you can move to Switzerland and get a job. If you have a B Permit you can stay and work in Switzerland, and pay taxes as the country of your residence. However you do not need to hold citizenship. In order to get that you need to be here 12 years and speak one of the 3 main languages spoken here. Unless you marry a Swiss in which case it’s half the time but the language requirement remains. Anyone seriously considering this should simply look for jobs which will provide them the basis of cashing out here...

After 01.01.2021 you can sell with 0% tax
Before 01.01.2021 you have to pay either 25% Abgeltungssteuer or your personal income tax (whichever is less)
on top of that you have to pay Solidaritätszuschlag (5,5% iirc) and (if you are in one) church tax X % ( think X depends on church)
