I'm thinking of creating a fancyish skincare product targeting both men but mostly women of all ages that actually works and I would like to just create my own website and sell it directly from there without a middle man.

What would be the best way to bring traffic and advertise within a small budget?

I also live in eastern euro country that's part of the EU.

Facebook Ads

Facebook is great for e-commerce. Especially as you start getting sales, the targeting gets better and better. Facebook will figure out quickly who to show the ads to to optimize for sales.

Oh, and you said no middle man, but once you're making sales, there's no reason not to claim your trademark on Amazon and sell there too. Then you can run Amazon ads. Amazon takes a cut but its free money.

Europeans don't circumcise so the logistic of importing foreskins is economically unfeasible at best for now.

The big fashion brands generally sell generalist skincare products that are not as efficient (for example they have very low niacinamide content) or just generally overpriced here since they're imported from places like France and Germany in this case.
