No idea. SegWit is just off-chain micro-transactions. SegWit isn't going to happen before Raiden I don't think. I think we will have a world where Bitcoin and Ethereum can co-exist though. Not really. The roadmap for ETH is pretty set in stone. BTC takes forever and if the miners think they can continually muscle what they want I don't think that is gonna work.
