Its yield farming by aggregating yield farms. Basically a DAO of DAOs. They are also developing a sandbox environment where other yield farms can test their algorithms for better farming.

Its a sandbox for users to experiment and proof-test various consensus protocols which help govern DAOs. For instance, DMM paid DXDao something like 4.5million for a testing environment even though DXDao wasn't made for that.
