I am both. To get laid, you only need a certain amount of looks, and lots of charisma (which comes from practice)
1. Start talking with girls, WITHOUT the intent to smash
2. Watch the notebook, laborday and friends, to learn how women work
3. Befriend girls
4. Now you habe enough knowledge and xp to smash
5. Basic + hygiene. Go regularly to hairdresser, shower every morning no exceptions, use hair products, use deo, use cologne, wear good looking clothes (ask grills at the clothes store about this).

Now you are good to go.
