Ok, this is a good question and probably something many haven't thought of yet.

The best time to stake STA is on peaks. See because STA is in a pool and the delta token (STA/ETH 50:50) is used to keep the indexes ratios consistant any extreme pull back will not effect YOUR value of STA. not the STA price but the value of your portfolio in whole.

Do you guys know what that means? So this is why Index funds are so popular with institutions and why these very same institutions will be flocking to STA token. Because they know that STA is the great equalizer. They look for steady growth without all the crazy up and downs.

As soon as you pool your STA you safe guard yourself on pullbacks. For example, STA just experienced a pull back of 50%+ from its peak of .45c. People that pooled their total supply of STA probably on experienced a 10% net loss on that pull back. Im just grabbing numbers. I don't know what the exats % is but im sure you get the idea of why STA index funds is so valuable for this space.
