This is my dinner that I eat every night. Most of my friends who have better jobs than me can spend upwards of 20 dollars per meal but a can of beans and half a cup of rice costs less than one dollar for up to two servings of food. I am taking the money I save and unironically investing in Fantom. I know there might be better coins out there but I feel fantom actually has real potential to 100x. I'm holding till this shit hits a dollar since I always cuck myself by chasing pumps. As long as I don't sell I feel that I basically have at least a 25x guaranteed by the end of the year.

Dried beans are even cheaper if you are willing to take some extra steps to prep. If you ever get chicken breast on sale too it can get pretty cheap too, throw a couple of them in a crock pot with some taco seasoning, jar of salsa, and some beans and you get really good tacos for dirt cheap.

Pork shoulder is another very cheap meat that goes well in a crock pot

Half-assed jambalaya, as the name implies. Make a pot of rice, mix in some tomato paste, meat (chicken, shrimp or sausage), Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy seasoning to taste.

>Shi
It's some kind of Russian soup. Boil water, mix in chopped cabbage. While that's boiling, slice up some potatoes and dump those in all at once. Fry onions and carrots in a pan and dump them into the pot. Optional: Make some pork meatballs and drop them in raw. Add salt and pepper at the end. You want lots of cabbage and potatoes, less onion and carrot.

>Pizza
First, go to the thrift store and buy a bread machine for like 4 dollars. Find a bread machine pizza dough recipe on the internet and follow it. Remember to add the yeast LAST. When the bread machine beeps, flatten the dough and put canned sauce, cheese and toppings on. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.

>Sweet potatoes
Like normal potatoes but cheaper and sweeter. Poke holes in the potatoes then bake them at 425 F for 45 minutes. Let them cool down a bit and eat them. If it's a special occasion, add sour cream.

If you live in the northern hemisphere its probably the case that there are more than a few ripe berries, plums, apples, & other food literally all around you that people have growing next to the sidewalk & they've totally ignored the fact and/or don't even realize it. -get meat a day after expiration (or day of) for cheap price at supermarket. put in freezer or eat that day
-spam (it's the asshole, shoulder, joints, bones, etc of a pig, btw)
-organs. liver is suprisingly cheap. it's the most nutritious thing on the planet besides I guess fresh veal blood
-hot dogs. you can get the cheapo (spam-like) mystery meat ones with chicken and pork and beef mixed.
these are obviously low-quality choices but if you're being frugal (even occasionally) your body wont mind and it's healthier than eating vegetables and ramen and shit.

-whole milk, heavy whipping cream. both have high fat content so you'll get more for your buck. also good for you.

Thats exactly how you do it. Yeast is everywhere, and bacteria (which wjat gives you the acetic acid tang), and it just ferments on its own after a while. You start with whole wheat/rye first feeding cuz that has more yeast contaminants, then just regular all purpose flour once its going.
