I genuinely think this a major issue with crypto that people arent considering yet. How are you supposed to leave someone a crypto inheritance? You cant just put your private key or seed phrase on your will because there's nothing stopping the lawyer from just taking it. You could tell someone how to access your funds ahead of time, but then you have to really trust that they won't take your shit now
