Something that I noticed is that most people on /biz/ have the same attitude towards money as the most millionaires. People forget that almost everyone that is poor or wagecucking are blue pilled when it comes to finances. Millionaires are red pilled with finances and the jewish tricks that are used to keep you poor. But most people think that the solution is to neet and withdraw from the system. When instead you should take your knowledge and play the game.
To become rich you must first redpill yourself of all the traps designed to keep you poor. Then you must swallow your pride and conserve your money even if you are perceived as poor and aimless by others.

Most of these things are too much for normies but since 4chan is pretty redpilled to begin with i feel it is a place that can breed many millionaires. But they gotta want to play the game.

yes and no. broadly speaking they have money but live beyond their means.

most normalfags spend all of their money on food, gadgets, clothes, and cocaine. the average normalfag has been jewed very hard at some point during their upbringing.

and a lot of young normalfags get bailed out by their normalfag parents if they get too close to being broke and don't really learn lessons from their consequences, it seems like they don't really care about learning how to handle money.

when you have enough wealth to provide for your basic necessities, everything else is surplus. when you have reached a level of wealth to secure your survival in most situations, additional wealth can be spent to improve the quality of one's sensory experience. you pay for nicer speakers so the sounds you hear are better. you pay for nicer materials so things feel nicer. you pay to reduce the difficulty of your daily tasks. you pay to see more attractive objects and people. you pay to have experiences that release more dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. you pay to have more time.

this stuff is elementary. did you know that on "expensive cars" significant time is spent engineering the sound the doors make when they close? perhaps this stuff seems trivial and/or frivolous to you. perhaps you are just virtue signalling when you write bullshit like

Most anons I think miss the point of making it. For me at least it is not about the clout, the lambos, the hoes. All are nice but will not be fulfilling. I doubt neeting for the rest of your life will be fulfilling either. If the above is all you want from being making it then you will be miserable. Wagecucking is a nightmare, even if you have a good job and make good money, because you are completely reliant on this single point of failure of your employer keeping you. At any point they could lay you off because of a merger, redundancy, automation, changes in the markets, whatever. And then you're fucked. Enjoy your foreclosure.

Even just the idea of wagecucking while still having a comfy stack of cash and having the peace of mind that you have no debts and would do just fine if you were fired tomorrow is heaven.

Had this gay friend for a bit and he would complain about being poor when he would buy Starbucks everyday, has the newest iphone and go to the mall and spend money on frivolous things frequently. Since he acted like a woman the true insight I received from this is that gays are always whiny, and that most of the plebs that walk around are driven almost entirely by public perception and what society deems successful looks like. They have to maintain this illusion of wealth or status and it's costly living like someone who has the disposable income to waste on dumb shit and not care but they don't seem to realize how much of a pit they've dug themselves in but they can just pass that debt along to the next generation and so on and so forth.

I believe its a social strategy towards survival. It's basically camoflage to convince people they belong to the 'good' tribe.

Notice how quick people are to let you know they dont support something seen as bad.

Having a critical thought about transgender people carries a societal risk.

These people are the 'people-iest' people. They love all the things other good people like.

I fear its a strategy for the dim witted, but I try to be positive and think its their brain telling them how to survive their environment.

Yes
Normals always have to keep their social status in check which means:
>Living away from parents
>Always having the newest smartphone
>Often buying the best new car they can afford (usually a Hyundai if poor or truck/Dodge musclecar if better off)
>Being able to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to keep their girlfriend on retainer (or if a woman they spend that money on themselves)
>Have kids which is an enormous money sink unless they're single mothers then they just let Uncle Sam and child support foot the bill
>Go out to eat very frequently, I've seen normalfags that spend $30+ a day every day just eating out
>Drop $10k on some shitty tourist trap vacation once or twice a year

When you're already a doomed loser none of this shit is a concern. I use some $100 android with a cracked screen and I drive a 15 year old Mitsubishi while living with my mother and grandmother to save as much on rent/food as possible. I'd probably have a lot more if I didn't spend the first 8 years of adulthood as a NEET.

>> No.21202709

Absolutely true.

I was declined for a mortgage because I didn't have any debt. Thankfully it's pretty easy to go from zero credit to good credit.
Over the course of about eight months I went from zero debt, zero credit, to a 750 score and approved for a conventional mortgage.
I just got a credit card (started with just a $300 limit) and kept charging each month so I'd have between 10% and 20% on the card, paying it in full each month.
It's easy to charge just $30 a month at the gas pump.
Then after seven months of paying in full each month, I got approved for my mortgage.

Sorry for the blogpost.

No fucking clue, let me know when you figure it out.
The actual hard truth is that the vast majority of people do not find relationships from cold approaching strangers, whether that's at a bar or church or library or grocery store or wherever. Most people get into relationships through mutual friend circles. And if you don't have those friend circles, you're fucked because it's like trying to get to somewhere by multiplying when you're stuck at zero.

You don't need debt to get a mortgage, just a credit score. You don't even need to charge anything on your credit card, except maybe a transaction every 6 months to keep it active. The higher your credit limit and the lower the utilization, the better your score. The more credit cards and the longer the average age of those cards, the higher your score too.

my brother and his wife have a combined income of probably 130-150k annually, raised one child (out of the house for a few years now), live in a pretty modest 1500 square foot house (although they bought near the peak in 2007, and have had some expensive repairs), and they're always struggling with finances. they've had steady employment, savings in the form of 401k's, and i thought bank accounts, but then i found out they took out a 401k loan to pay off 60k of credit card debt, which you wouldn't do if you had savings. it just blows my mind how they managed to spend that much. i have to assume it's frivolous shit, like starbucks, eating out, clothes, etc., because it's not like they're taking vacations to paris or putting kids through college.

Agreed, that was one flagrantly false assumption. The examples are full of evidence that this was written by a midwit--in fact, it's even self refuting, as shown in, "midwit: rational debate;" this piece of writing appeals heavily to logic, and has no hint that it's been translated from the mentioned ""sagery.""

(imperial is mostly still being pushed in the states because of tooling costs, so it's yet another financial break for the corporations that Americans are forced to worship)

However, I think there's some things to learn in >>21202878. It definitely brought me back to my teenage years where I was angsty and loved to correct others, and I know I'm still like this today in plenty of contexts. I would say the difference between the labels this writer calls midwit and topwit is not intelligence, but rather virtue, and this pic really falls short of mentioning that. You could argue that superior intellect is necessary to exhibit true virtue, but I don't think that's an end game fact, either. The more I read it, the more it seems like a post written by a cheeky trad fetishist.

This post also doesn't excuse the schizos on /x/ who will bash anyone who doesn't believe in their personal delusions. I have seen the D-K effect thrown around a ton there when people ask for evidence.

Yes. Practically everyone lives paycheck to paycheck. Regardless of income they always spend all their money right away.
Also, the vast, vast, vast majority of people have a net worth of LESS than 0. People are extremely indebted. Even extremely modest savings like 2k easily puts you in the richest 25% of 20-something year olds. If you are worth 67k at 24 you are quite literally among the richest 2%.

Used to be an unironic consoomer buying tons of useless crap to clutter up my room and blowing tons of money on drink/drugs going out.
Had a £800 overdraft due to living above my means and would have it maxed out pretty much every month for a solid year.

Now I found a better paid job with no commute, stopped buying stupid crap, eased up on drink drugs and most of my paycheck goes into the savings account + crypto.

Feels surreal, actually feel like I woke up from some kind of fever dream. So happy being a consooomer is past me now.

most people are retarded and dont care about anything other than sex and food and drugs.

you shouldnt have told them about your money, they'll resent you and eventually blame you for everything.

i used to work and made about 100k a year, i didnt tell my friends but they kind of knew i must have been doing OK bc work was always sending me abroad for conferences.

even tho i never told them about the money i had, they resented when i didnt pick up the cheque at restaurants etc --- never let your friends (and even family if they are bluepilled) know how much money you have. lie and say you're poor.

It's not that simple. A cheap used car has higher maintenance costs and no resale value. You can incur opportunity costs compared to a newer model (of course, never buy straight out of production, only demo cars, reimported or re-sold)

35 and i've never had any form of debt. at this point it is the only thing holding by my credit score from getting out of the 800s. I put north of 65k a year on my charge card (which requires you to pay off each month), but having no installment loans is apparently a red flag.
