From that, I'd think the ideal ratio is actually a bit higher on the LP side. Since initially, you'll only be able to stake 200-800 Link per LP, having a higher LP ratio means you earn more Link initially, which, if done right can raise your Link stack to achieve the 10k per LP ratio in the time it takes for the staking allowance to be raised.

I'm just mad at myself for not going in heavier in both Link and LP when I had the chance.
It's an interesting psychology: I'm making lots of money and if /biz/ is right about Link may even be able to retire off this, yet part of me feels like I lost, even though I objectively won compared to not having heard of Link at all.
I find this investment comes with the unexpected bonus of deep life lessons.

Being grateful for what I have is something Link has been teaching me. Comparing myself to my digital neighbors on /biz/ is a fool's game, be it vs the newfag linklets with three digit stacks or the 100k+ whales (not like I feel bad about missing out on cheap BTC from a decade ago).
I already bought a small stake recently and I'll try to double that if I can.
