There's only 25 btc now.
This is happening. There's a lot of resistance at this level. Lots of people have sell orders and want to cash out. Some will, others will get spooked and hold longer. Then the fireworks start.

The “price” is something like a point of touch between two parties. Those who buy want to buy it for adequate price. Those who sell don’t want to buy it for too low. It will take some time before it gets higher... or lower. Depending on curcumstances.
