When he would ask each one of them how many owners there were for every ounce of real metal in SLV, he never got an answer lower than 500. People in the industry say that the inflows which are alleged to go into SLV are simply impossible. They dwarf the annual supply of silver which is capable of investment.

The market manipulation is done both by shorting in the futures market, and by dumping enormous amounts of paper contracts on the stock market with SLV. 1. The authorized participants have been writing those contracts. Is that true? Give me a list of who sold September delivery futures.
2. The authorized participants only have an incentive to pull out physical silver if there's arbitrage between the price of SLV and physical bullion. If SLV tracks the price of silver in the spot market there's no reason for them to pull out silver for SLV shares.
3. JPMorgan doesn't have ownership rights of the silver, and JPMorgan is writing a lot of futures contracts. JPM doesn't have the right to use SLV bullion to deliver the metal.
