to Elaborate a little bit more people tend to set 'stop-losses' which is an automatic trigger sale when the price goes down below a certain threshold, so whales like to drop the price enough to trigger these sales and cause a snowball effect for people to panic sell because 'it's crashing'.
Therefore releasing a lot more DGB at cheaper prices so they can scoop it all back up 15-20% cheaper.
