So I’m trying to buy STA

I went on Uniswap but I can’t figure out how to get my ETH on there so I can buy STATERA and other moonshots.

I connected the Fromatic Wallet - I see there is a wallet address to right hand corner - do I sent the ETH I want to swap for STA to that address? Is this an ETH wallet? Am I doing this right?

1. You need eth on your wallet
2. Connect your wallet to Uniswap
3. Chose the trading pair. In your case FROM ETH to whatever Coin you want ( You can also import any erc-20 token by copy pasting it's adress)
4. Click on swap, wait couple of minutes. Now ypu should have your TO coin in your wallet. Make sure beforehand that your wallet supports the currency you want to buy.

Also in classic Larry. Just google it Larry, don't be afraid.

Hello boomer. Use Metamask wallet. Then send ETH to the ETH address in your wallet. You then connect your wallet on Uniswap. Then swap ETH for Statera.

yeah, that's probably true. Especially cause its a browser extension. Sorry Larry. Maybe stick Fromatic because you're used to it already. I've never used it so my help ends here.

Also larry , don't give your recovery phrase away. NEVER EVER.

i've never used fromatic wallet, but if it's in the top right of uniswap that does (should) mean it's connected
if the top "swap" shows a number over it when ETH Is selected that means uniswap sees the ETH in your wallet
to buy STA you have to input the contract address in the "To (estimated)" lower option, when you click "select a token" (most big tokens you don't have to put in the contract address, but STA is small enough it's not a default on uniswap, hence putting the contract address in)
go to the statera (STA) website for the contract address (the websight might have a direct link to uniswap with that number put in already too)

You can connect your coinbase wallet to Uniswap. Its a seperate app you download on your phone. So you can buy coins with your coinbase wallet.

It's been a while since I used coinbase wallet. But I think..

you have to send ETH from coinbase TO your coinbase wallet, as they are sort of two separate things.. if that makes sense. Let me know if you're able to do it.

>>21059640
are you clicking on the desktop when you're trying to connect the phone app?
i've never used coinbase, i use metamask (metamask is super nice)
i have a coinbase account but i keep my serious holds in coinbase (btc, eth, link) while i move ETH to my metamask wallet for shitcoin trading (connected metamask to uniswap to buy STA and PNK)

I figured it out

I had to set up the recovery try phase - I am linked now and can transfer ETH

I prefer using this over the other alternatives because I am a boomer and most comfortable with Coinbase

So, the easiest way is use coingecko.com

Search for your coin. Then at the bottom of the page, you'll see pic related. Click STA/ETH in blue and it'll bring you there.

Here's the link just in case you can't find it.

you have to put in the contract address, since STA is such a small coin still

you can go to the 'stateratoken.com' website under trade and find it
