Please help linkies, would it be worth it to say stake 5000 link on crypto.com.
If I lock in staking for 3 months I would receive 6% a.p.
This would earn 75 link over the 3 months.
Is this worth it? I'm worried to put so much link on there but then I think why not to earn some free link.
Any other linkies do this at alot, does it seem safe? Do you trust them?

if there's nothing better you want to do with your link in that time you may as well

Fuck off crypto.com shill

I do this with a smaller amount. The only downside is the fact that you can"t control your assets for 3 months.
75 link will probably earn you about $3000, at the end of the earning period.

Please I'm not a shill, I have been looking at this for ages, but what you are saying is what worries me.
>>21053272
I was thinking maybe I should stick with a smaller amount, but 5000-7000 link would give a nice return and make it worth it. But I worry about leaving some much on there.

best alternative would be margin trading, leveraging the LINK in your account that way. I use my BTC for margin on coinbase pro, maybe binance lets you use LINK?

SPlit it up. Do one staking contract for 30 days, and another for 90 days to see how you like it.

Wouldn't keep anything other than the minimum amount needed for staking and a couple of hundred bucks for spending with the card. They could just pull the plug on the whole thing any time, look at ensogo, it's the same shady team.

I’m staking my 15k link there, earning 17link a week, pretty comfy!

If you are looking to get some interest look into celcius, if you are going for a centralised service. A lot more transparent and no bullshit scammy lock up period. Don't know if they offer LINK though.

Another option is to put your LINK up as collateral in Aave, borrow a stablecoin and do some yield farming. I have 5k LINK in crypto.com and I kinda regret it since yield farming makes a lot more money. It's a bit more complicated though, so make sure you really know what you are doing.

Scam, they don't give you access to the private keys on the wallet holding your deposited link. Avoid it like the plague. AAVE and similar are the only places you should even consider doing thin kind of thing. I have 20k up and I'm worried enough. I'd go crazy putting that much in the hands of Mt.gox v.2.1. You saw the shit they pulled with mco/cro. If they'll scam with their own shitcoins what makes you think they won't do the same with link? Not your keys not your coin.

what. how are they supposed to give you interest on your deposited crypto if they can't loan it out, retard

Somehow many others have found a way to do this, yet they insist on keeping total control over the assets while giving nothing in return. But alright, I changed my mind. Crusty cum in great. Don't be a pussy like op and just put 5k up. Put your whole stack. Seriously, what's the worst that could happen? You got balls or not? Fuck aave, holding your own keys is nerd shit. What the hell even is a smart contract anyway??

I've been staking my ETH stack there for 6 months and all good. Withdrew some euros and some ETH recently with no issues.

i mean, i wouldn't store any significant amount of my networth at a centralized entity, be it crypto.com or deutsche bank. but i don't think not giving access to funds you're receiving interest on is shady. if you go though the trouble of going directly to exchanges and loaning it out directly to short sellers they won't give you access either (for obvious reasons) but they're also obviously not scamming you.
