if you're looking to make more than a decent buck and take on a gamble, LINK is good for that. people will tell you to buy LINK on biz telling you it's going to $100 easily, but they're literally just trying to get people like you reading here to buy so they can dump their bags on you. i'm not saying it's a bad investment, it's done crazy over the last couple weeks, and by the look of it, it might hit $11-12 within a week maybe, but it's also got the risk of dropping by 30-40% within the next week also.
crypto unfortunately is all a gamble, even BTC and ETH can be insanely volatile. so you have to accept the fact that it's all based on luck and the only people that win are the ones that can manipulate markets, so if you don't want to risk that, stay in high market cap coins and tokens.

When people say that there's no chance Link could 10x from here, how do they account that's exactly what ETH did a few short years ago, and sits happily around $400 today? Link is the best use-case for blockchain/crypto that there has been to date, along with ETH. It's wholly realistic to say it will likely 10x in the near term.
