In holding their bags to shill them to others and get the price up, as well as in a state of cognitive dissonance where they refuse to admit they fucked up, they end up convincing themselves $3 will happen again. The other half saw this shitcoin hit $3, missed out on it, and bought later on/now at some lower price thinking it will hit $3 again, once btc starts going towards 20k like in the prev bull run.

For the usecase of XRP to be implemented, the total market cap is far too low.
