If TQQQ is huge green on any day Mon-Wed I write a call for a strike I'm happy with selling at by Friday. If TQQQ is huge red all Mon-Wed I just write 1 contract (25% of my contracts) for a strike price 8% above current price, and if it's red again on Thursday I write two contracts for the same strike price as the day before, and if it's green I just pray it doesn't actually go up 8+% in one day and then write the last contract another 8% above the old strike. Basically I want to keep my shares and collect theta even during red weeks. Yes selling and re-buying the "dip" is better but the reversals come super quick on TQQQ.
