The reason why I'm still holding and don't see this is a shit coin is that mcafee shills it on his twitter and says he's going to conferences. But it's also that the tech works, specifically the staking. What other coin has staking that runs as smooth as ghost? It doesn't fucking exist. If the staking was fucked and didn't work I would have exited, but it's clear the tech has some merit behind it.

Yeah the Ghost card can really be something big. My thing is, Mcafee is crazy enough to pull it off. I think he has a big enough name and is charismatic enough where I genuinely think he can make it real. But people bring up a good point when they say who the fuck is going to back him with a physical card? If that's the case, wouldn't the card need to convert the currency value to the ghost value at the time? Is that tech even possible?

Yeah I don’t know. His tweet about requesting payment processors willing to help concerned me. Don’t like the idea of having a third party involved but also not sure if there’s any way around it. It was interesting for the first GVR we had over 9MM staked. Although this number was artificially high since they haven’t turned on hardcore veteran mode (no movement 30 days) yet. At the current rate maybe we will get that in September. I’m also really curious to see what the defi capabilities are going to look like.
