I genuinely don't trust other drivers enough to ride on a daily basis. You could do everything right and some other cunt's small mistake will fuck your shit up. I did a shift in a burns unit a week after buying my first bike, while waiting for it to arrive by freight, and the number of burns victims with major skin trauma due to insignificant crashes was staggering. I still haven't ever taken it on the road since. If you absolutely have to be a 'badass' bikie, at minimum you should be wearing full leathers, boots and an enclosed helmet every time you even think about getting on it. Would suck to make it and lose everything because someone cuts you off and you mangle yourself around a sign post.

Why no boats? A classic sailboat to cruise the riviera or some Caribbean islands with some qt.3 tomboy sailors and having supplies sent in by helicopter is my dream basically.
Pull into port somewhere, smoke a fat joint and have some rum. Go dance, have fresh lobster for dinner, take into a suite and bang the sailors all night. Go somewhere else next morning. Maybe spearfishing in crystal blue water and catch some dinner?

Fuel costs more than normal airline tickets, and without looking it up specifically most GA planes have tiny ranges comparatively. You'd have to stop for gas 5-7 times. And fly at 1/4 the speed.

I watch some boomer that's in a rock band on YT fly everywhere...it's his hobby so it's cool, but not very practical or economical.

Anyone that rides or owns a motorcycle past the year 1920 is a complete faggot. See, there was this guy named Henry Ford that invented something called the auto assembly line which made cars cheaper to mass produce so average people could afford them. This made motorcycles obsolete because after this point, the motorcarriage was officially out of the experimental phase. Unfortunately, a bunch of leather jacket wearing, pseudo-rebel assholes feel the need to keep these fucking things on the road and make life harder for those of us that have airbags and crumple zones, and four wheels.

To anyone getting scared by this, let me give you a little more perspective. I've been riding motorcycles for about 10 years now. I have close to 50k miles on the road. Zero crashes. Zero falls.

Am I lucky? Maybe, but a big part is your mindset. My head is always on a swivel for idiots because idiots are literally everywhere. I've dodged countless accidents. People switching lanes with no blinker, people pulling out in front of you, people running stop signs. You always have to pay attention because your average human is a fucking retard and that is what is surrounding you in big hunks of metal going 80mph.

Also, just for a kicker, I'm usually in sandals, shorts, and a tee on my bike. kek

God watches over me and my 50k Linkies!

Compared to a Pitts S-2B/C it is a little under powered but you can still squeak out an advanced category sequence in it if you're flying competition aerobatics. Landings will definitely get your attention though, I've had a couple ass puckerings for sure when I was first learning how to land it. Go arounds are your friend.

I bet it’s a lot of fun. How many hours you put on it a year?
And 200hp for that little bird is a lot haha
That stearman only has 220..my 180 has 240
Pic related was tonight. Calm on the ground. About 80 degrees. Up at 1000ft I was doing 95knts. Said fuck it and went home lol
It still gives me knee shakers on some landings after 150 hours flying it. Keeps a guy honest. Reminds you you’re alive..

Beautiful. I wish I was a farm bro but I live in the suburbs. Most of my friends are farm bros though if that counts! The plane is on a farm with a grass strip too if that counts. Haha, yours is beautiful as well. Love taildraggers.

Every time I see this I think the game downrezzed the texture because my graphics card is shit.
