There is no question that Xrp and the ripple products are deeply embedded in major financial institutions. The only question is when the NDAs will expire or be waved by mutual parties. When that happens, you will see a major rush and pump on the speculation. Then it will really ramp up when it is actually used.

I think the idea here is that there's a reason everyone who's ever banked with BoA wants it to be blasted by literal god. They're too horrible a company to have survived a single day without deep corruption keeping them afloat. So if something is happening behind the scenes, and it involves bank of america, it's a power transfer. It'll be full of 'fuck you.' They're "value" of 400b odd dollars likely just creative bookkeeping. Their assets might be 10% of that and the rest hot air and CP. Wouldn't surprise me at all.
