Outside of Oil, lumber, and fresh water there really isnt much going on, and water is screwed, we make nothing while companies like nestle sell water they pay pennies for. Oil is screwed right now. Lumber is doing so so, but tarrifs can and will fuck that eventually.

New chest on the way. Grab a nice felt lined chest with a decent seal anon. Have that in a good sized safe with desiccant and you cant go wrong, most of my silver is 7-8 years old, still shiny even with clink clinking

I believe that SLV and GLD are going 10-20x by the time this bull market is over, so I'd advise simply buying them if the premiums are too much for physical. Physical is simply to add even more leverage, along with increased risk, and try to extract 50x or 100x gains. 2020 ASE, for example, may well go 50x, as Sprott says, but I don't think that maples or even philharmonics could go 50x. I only put 1-3% of my net-worth into any one coin, as Don Durrett recommends.

In order of risk-reward, this is how I'd order PM investments:

Tarnishing occurs based on how much Sulfur is in their surroundings, if you wash your hands before using them they'll tarnish slower than if you don't. Yep, the worst thing to hold during hyperinflation is cash. Debt generally becomes worthless as there is no metric by which it can reasonably be converted. Assets like property etc have inherent value to human life and therefore always valuable.

The opposite is true during deflation. Cash increases in value while everything else decreases, and debts become more expensive.

I have found somewhere in the region of 500 ounces plus over the years, though either machine mining, sniping and ground sluicing but I ve only ever been able to keep a very small chunk of that gold over the years. Most of it went to paying fuel costs, vehicle / equipment repairs, claim fees. I sold most of my remaining gold off last fall to buy drilling equipment for my hardrock project this fall. The way I see it is this, If you use it to only buy PM's, the worst case is you have to sell the PM's in 15 months to pay off as much as you can, and then just try to pay off the rest over time. Even if silver goes down, you'll still be able to cover most of the outstanding balance by selling the silver you bought if things don't totally collapse. If silver goes up, it's easier to pay off. Playing the GSR could be advantageous as well if you get a large enough credit limit. I keep thinking about doing it, but haven't pulled the trigger since my expenses are so low with the lock down. If you take out margin, you could look into buying silver futures contracts in a Roth IRA. Then you can either fiat settle the contracts or get delivery according to the terms of the custodian (some don't allow the futures in the Roth in the first place). To avoid having to keep the silver in there until you retire, you could then sell it and use up to 100k in fiat still inside the Roth for a first time home purchase. Why do this?
1. Other than shipping costs, silver futures means you avoid these stupid huge premiums.
2. By keeping the silver inside the Roth you avoid capital gains
But make sure you dot your I's and cross your T's here. Make sure you understand how futures contract work including size and delivery and make sure your custodian allows for you to keep the silver and liquidate it if need be.
This is also limited to 100K in fiat but the idea is that land is a non-fiat equivalent. Don't bother with meme land. Get actually useful land.
